Interesting! I'm not sure if a license to have kids is the way, but I do advocate that some form of preparedness is in order. Discussion and tutoring in some cases should be the norm because things have gotten out of hand and have been for awhile. Population out of control. Material matters more than family and/or self. Physical more that spiritual...and so on. Everything is coming to a head...take care...

Good question. People should have a license to have kids but people are like dogs. We do not have Heinz variety but stupid people having kids. What you going to do!
