swimming in the ocean or sitting on the beach?
also, is this related to pruning when you sit in the jacuzzi for long?

Depends on the temperature of the air or water. If either is more than a few degrees above your normal body temperature, your body will try to cool itself by perspiration. Hot water makes your body react more than air of the same temperature, since it has higher specific heat and higher heat conductivity.

Sitting on the beach will contribute to more water loss as being in the ocean will cool your body and lessen the likelihood of perspiring. Pruning in a jacuzzi is caused by the stretching of your skin thereby making your skin look loose or pruned. After you are out of the jacuzzi for a period of time your skin will shrink to its normal state
