1.) H+ + OH- ===> H2O
2.) NH4+ + OH- ===> NH3 + H2O
H+ + NH3 ===> NH4+

You don't give thermochemical data, so it's impossible to calculate the molar enthalpy.

NH4+ (aq) + OH- (aq) = H2O (l) + NH3 (aq) NH4+ = acid OH- = Base NH3 = conjugate base H2O = conjugate acid
