In Need of SERIOUS help!?

Okay, hello there and how do you do?

Basically there are about 10-15 youths who hang out right outside my house, they litter, swear & put graffiti on my wall.

These scruffs, rifraf, monsters are causing me huge ammount of agro. I don't associate myself with lowely commoners most of the time, but these youths;
(roughtly aged between 17-21)
Just will not leave me in peace.

Want do you think I should do?
I do have a gun, but I don't feel shooting one of them to scare the rest off is very responsible. However it would probably get rid of them. Should I shoot one?

DO NOT SHOOT THEM. Have you tried politely asking them to leave? If that doesn't work, call the cops. You are in the right until you harm one of them. You could put up a gate or barrier of some sort so they can't get to that spot. Why do they hang out there? Elimanate their reason, and ask them to move and they probably will unless they do drugs in their little spot.

I'm sorry, but you must be, i dont know, but i would be scared of you, get one of them to see the question you posted and they will probly leave you alone!
But seriously, dont shoot them, call the cops on them, let the cops shoot them, other wise the cops could be taking you away, rather than them.
I know what its like, i have a bunch of idiots that come and hang round outside our property too late at night. but i stopped that last week. i climbed onto the roof, and waited for one to come onto my property, and then shouted "FREEZE! PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR, YOU HAVE JUST ENTERED A CRIME SCENE, WE WILL NEED TO TAKE YOU IN FOR QUESTIONING!" and they all ran away, and they havent been back since.

Call up some of your roughest looking buddies, and hang out on your own front lawn. Maybe that would scare them away. Do not shot them! If they are that big of a problem call the cops everytime they show up.

No. Shooting one of them is not the answer. Have you contacted your local police about the situation? Its good to have records of complaints before you take action.

Now, if you find that one of the punks have entered your home or have crossed into your space...then you have the right to protect your home...by what ever means necessary.

ok, i REALLY don't think you should shoot one, that's bad, and it could get YOU in more serious legal problems. Just tell the police, and if that doesn't work, SET BOOBY TRAPS! No don't do that either, GO GRAFFITI ON THEIR HOUSES no don't do that either, Just get some help from the police, or ask a friend for help, or get a really big buff guy-...

Bahahaha! well if you lived in Idaho.. and they were on your lawn I'd say heck yeah, cause you'd get away with it. We're still redneck here. But guessing you live in a sissy blue state.. call the cops. The non 911 line. They would come "chat" with them. Most places have loitering laws.

Have the police cruise through a few times and they'll find another place to hang out. You could also put up a basketball hoop or something to give them something to do.

Um, I'm sorry, but you do NOT shoot people. Tell the police. Shooting them is the most irrational and insane thing you could do.
