When you use Outlook it uses a *.pst file which storage everything there ( Emails, calendar, addresses, etc. ).
In order for you to transfer your data to another computer, you must copy that Outlook file to the other computer and open it with the Outlook application.
You can contact me thru Yahoo Answers and I'll give you detail steps to do it, also I'll ask you questions of what Outlook apps you have in both computers.

In Outlook Express, go to the File menu and select Archive. Select all of the folders you want to archive. Choose a location to save the file.
Transfer the file to your new computer using a disk, CD, flash drive, or whatever. Open Outlook Express on the new computer. Go to File and select "Import and Export". Import the archive file into Outlook.

From Outlook Express you can export from the old PC and that process will create a single file. You may then copy that file to a flash drive or CD and then import that information to the new installation of Outlook Express. If you do this routinely (the export) then you will have a backup of your emails!
This technique will also give you a means to transfer your Contacts, too!
From OE, follow this command chain: File -> Export -> Messages
