Should I put on a sequined bikini top and low rise jeans with heels? should I make her a bit more conservative looking with a halter top and Daisy Dukes shorts?
I hope she don't plan on bringing home any strays.

My cat never fails to embarass me when we go out. He dresses like a '70s porn star. Tight jeans, silk shirt with an open chest, pointy toed boots, lotsa bling. He just leaves me at home nowadays and goes out by himself.

To answer your question I think your cat would look absolutely stunning in the halter top with the Daisey Dukes shorts. Make sure you pair it up with sexy red stilletos, so that her stilletos can make all the boys come to the yard, damn right! :P
But for the halter make sure you roll it up a little to show some skin, you know, the more skin the better! =]
