does anyone believe that vampires are real?

the reason i think vampires are real is because one of my favorit quotes by shakespeare "there are more things on heaven and earth..." and also with all these people missing whos to say that they wernt taken by vapires??? does anyone have any proof that they are real?

I definitely believe in energy vampires, for I've encountered those in my lifetime. There are individuals who can literally suck your energy/chi. The other type, I haven't witnessed first hand, at least not to my knowledge.

I did a term paper/speech in college on the existence of vampires and myths through different cultures and eras. What was most interesting was that virtually every culture had a vampire myth, although these countries, at the time, had no contact with each other. The primary differences were physical appearance, but the intent was the same... to suck the life/lifeblood from it's victim.

I agree with Shakespeare as well....anything is possible.

I was going through old files of mine and found a File on Psi-Vampires. I have, over the last few years, gotten deep into philosophy. Through my studies in philosophy I, as well as other philosophers, have come to the conclusion that humans are reaching a new intellectual and spiritual level. When I came across my old file i came to this conclusion: Psi-Vampires are the next step in human intellegence and spirituality. The problem is that they have not reached the level realize the philosophical nature of the world and of the universal mind. Therefore they coined themselves Psi-Vampires due to the spiritual abilities they have awakened that are similiar to that of the mythology of vampires. There are many levels of human intellegence and spirituality that we can attain.
On blood drinking vampires. The myths surrounding them come from, most likely, medical disorders and psychological disorders. Since the people did not understand those orders they used superstition to explain it. They would also use those same susperstitions to personify their fears which are much easier to deal with when they are personified and have some way to deal with them.
so in a sense blood drinking vampires are real as they are the medical and psychological disorders that people did not understand. there are also the psi-vamps.

i've got faith in something that isn't shown by using technology and learn as being fake.(like Donald Trump's Toupee). So confident, i've got faith in vampires, werewolves, dragons and different issues that pass bump contained in the night or so called myths. some myths are in keeping with some form of actuality or scientific reasoning. such because of the fact the suggestions of Monsters coming on your room or from under your mattress. it is actual a dozing disease or a lucid dream. whilst monsters would or won't exist.. human beings see what they see and in specific situations it cant be defined.. like the Mothman Prophecy action picture.. It became a real tale.

Um, no. Just because somebody said something doesn't make it true. And who's to say those people WERE taken by vampires? Anyway, don't vampires typically kill their victims? I think the abduction/return thing is really more the domain of aliens. (which I also don't believe in)

Depends what you define as vampires. There are groups of people who call themselves vampires who practice drinking blood and/or psychic vampireism.

my aunt and I have super sharp carnivore teeth, sometimes they creep me out.

Once my friend said "nice fake teeth" on Halloween and I said, "they aren't fake"!! we stared at each other for a minute and then laughed uncontrollably, followed by a creepy silence.
