I have had three fish, for a year, and a while ago one of my fish doed (Bob) and yesterday my other fish died (Dave) so now I only have one fish left, and I'm worried he is lonely so we are going to buy another fish today.

Will my only fish which is left beat up the other fish? Should I get the same breed?
My fish which is left is a gold fish (it's brown though) but I was thinking of getting a googley eyed one (Sorry, I don't know the proper name).

Any opinions?

Thank you.

Gold fish are pretty hearty fish! I'm wondering what killed the two that died. Before adding more fish I'd want to find out what happened. Did the temperature drop? Did they die right after a water change? Did they have any symptoms before they died? If you have a disease in the tank buying more fish is going to result in more dead fish. You might want to talk to your local pet shop and get some opinions before adding more fish!

Don't look like ur needy via chasin' after her but additionally do not be actin' like u're playin' rough to get. Don't play tht sport mainly if the opposite character is tryin' to play it. Then u each come to be hurtin' every different b/c u each look like u're now not interested. Try askin' her wht's been goin' on and be very into wht has been goin' on wit her earlier than u begin wit how u consider approximately the best way she has been actin'.

Please don't add any more fish
the one goldfish you have is plenty enough for the 10 gallon you have it in
It needs swimroom and not company
one goldfish needs at least 10 gallons all by himself

hope that helps
Good luck
