let me get this straight i am not a brat im actually very poor thank u very much i live in not the best part of the country and i dnt like my dad cuz hes never there for my family he can spend 500 dollers on a dinner for his co workers but wen i need clothes for school he has no money im not a brat its not my fault he has child hood issues he needs to get over!!

my dad grew up with child isseues nd he brought them into our family hes not close with ne of us he yealls for no reason nd he hit my sister once cuz she forgot her key and he was sleeping so he had to get up nd unlock the door he's abusive in an emotional way hes distant nd always says there is no money but wen he goes out to dinner with his co'workers he spends 500 dollars .. i dnt think thats right??

If EVERY parent listened to their teens, no one would be married.
This time in your life it's not all about you, hopefully in time you will get that.

Get real! Seriously, this is your mom's husband, he came into her LIFE far before she met you. This is the man that loves her, asked her to marry him, married her, and then eventually had a daughter like you. A spoiled little brat who can't appreciate the things that her parents do for her. Your dad probably punishes you becasue it sounds like you need it. Your dad has done his best in taking care of you, providing for you, making a home for you, supporting you but you can't see that. He probably takes things away from you, becasue again you are a stupid little girl who doesn't appreciate anything. Your parents will never divorce and if they do, they should send you into foster care so no one has to deal with you. You hate your dad so you want your mom to leave him. Grow up! It ain't ever gonna happen.

People here can be so rude. It is your business its your parents. You hate your dad. First of all why? If he has done something to you there is someone who can help you. If it is just that you can't get along then you need to evaluate the situation. Say like we don't get along about this and this what can I do to make it better so he might try to make it better. If you have a close relationship with your mom talk with her and let her know what is going on and tell her how you feel and ask her to please listen to you. I have a teenage son and I have a tendency not to listen sometimes but when he comes to me and tells me that he needs me to listen to him.. I listen and try to help fix the problem. Good luck to you

You may hate him but is he a good father and husband? How does your mom feel about him? Sometimes when you are young you think you hate your parents just because they won't let you do the things you want.
Either way, it is your moms decision about divorcing him and you should stay out of it because you can only make matters worse. If you love your mom you will not voice an opinion so she does not have any guilt while she is making her own decision.

If your Dad didn't abuse you! Just leave and let your mom and he have their lifes together!! You don't have the rite to be a trouble maker and ruin their marriage, because you're still having child like behaviors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
