You call a qualified electrician.. you need a new outlet, and possibly another circuit. For now though, the breaker is probably tripped. You can click it back on and not use the outlet with the black coming out of it.. If it trips again, that outlet has to be changed before your room will have power again.

How to fix this problem ? Wow , sounds exciting
electrifying even :)
Have an electrician service the problem , and next time I would not advise you " test " possibly bad equipment in more outlets , what if the fan was bad and you blew out another plughole ? You might have just tripped a breaker in the service box outside your place . You might try flipping the breaker to all the way off position and then flip it to the on position . Make sure when you do plug stuff in that it's turned off , whatever it is to avoid these types of incidents :)

Irv is correct. It sounds like a problem with the receptacle outlet in your room, if the fan works elsewhere. It should be checked by a qualified electrician before resetting the circuit breaker. Electrical arcs are nothing to fool with. And not at all funny. And can start fires inside the wall. Please have it checked out before doing anything else.

You had the outlet that you first plugged into fail.
It was probably 'shorted` somehow.
It tripped the breaker that served it and the other
outlets in your room, (probably some others in the
house as well).
You should probably have an electrician, or someone
who knows wiring look at the failed outlet and its
wiring.
If you know how, you can reset the tripped breaker.
If it trips again leave it off.

You blew the fuse/flipped the breaker. You can go to your electrical box and replace the fuse or flip the breaker back. This will turn the electric back on in your room.. However, dont plug anything else in til wireing is checked by an electrician. May wish to unplug other devices.

maybe since there was an explosion and since the plug hole is black
maybe it blacked out every plug hole in your home
maybe your wires won't connect
and stuff
most likely you'll need to replace them

The first convenience outlet you used is likely damaged. Have it replaced. Reset the circuit breaker / fuse.

Call an electrician, but DO NOT CALL 911 unless there is an ACTUAL emergency. You will get your butt chewed if you call 911 for electrical problems, not emergency situations. That guy below me is an idiot...
