It is a Shopmobility announcement that tells partially sighted people where they are. It is installed at the end of a shopping precinct. Although it is a good thing during the day, I walked past at night on the way to work, and in the morning the next day on the way home. The announcement was still going, so it must have been on all night.

I have to agree with you. It's the incessant yapping of the dog next door. I don't blame the dog, really, because that's what dogs do; they bark. I just can't stand it when people chain their animals up in the yard and let them go at it for hours on end in a residential neighborhood. It's like they don't even hear it themselves. At the least, it's inconsiderate to expect the neighbors to put up with it. But worse than that, it's being inhumane to the dog.

There's nothing worse than the sound of a dog barking every 2 seconds, and always in twos, uff uff, uff uff, uff uff.
It can drive a man to murder
