You move it back one hour - officially at 2 am, but I always do it just before I go to bed.
And it changes tonight - Sat night / Sun morning

Starting in 2007, in the United States, it's from the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November, instead of the previous years' first Sunday in April until the last Sunday in October. They say you change the clocks at 2 am [on Nov. 4th]. Most people change the clocks one week in advance. Most people will change the clocks on the 3rd at 2am thinking that it will be correct. That's wrong. If in Europe or Asia, their "daylight savings" will be different depending on the country or location [I would not call Hong Kong a country, because it belongs to China: Most online listings will list Hong Kong as a country, which is wrong. It never was.]. I'm not sure if they use "daylight savings" in any of the countries on the continent of Africa.

Tonight before you go to bed. Daylight savings ends at 2 am tonight so if you wait until tomorrow night to do it, you'll be on the wrong time tomorrow all day. Back, it goes back tonight...so at 2 am it will become 1 am.
