For me, it would have to be Fenway Park.
Not just because I'm a Red Sox fan, but because of the historic value and unbelievably beautiful atmosphere it holds.

Wrigley Field is wonderful & historic as well, as a number of you have pointed out=)
I haven't been to the new Busch stadium yet, but I loved the old one.
Though I haven't been to that many baseball stadiums, I would have to say that Fenway, Wrigley & Busch are my all time favorites.
Thanks for all answers!

Isn't it amazing the tradition and love the fan has more for more then just its team but the house in which it plays?
For me, it is Yankee Stadium, give me a thumbs down, for I really don't care, it is the house the Ruth built and considered by many to be the cathedral of baseball. it will be a sad day when the last pitch is thrown out and last fan leaves the stands. It is as sacred to me as Fenway is to you, my friend.

My favorite ballpark IS the Orioles home park, Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The stadium itself is beautiful from the wall behind centerfeild where the Ivy grows in compliment of Wrigley feild, to eutaw St. the stadium has charm. This stadium could use a little spotlight in the world series though.
I'd love to see it be the home stadium at least once for the world series champions.
As a Oriole fan, Oriole Park is where I want to go to the most. But I enjoyed PNC Park in Pittsburgh, that is a beautiful well done park up there in Pittsburgh. They gave the stadium a good "Pirate" atmosphere, it's a big park sitting right on one of the 3 Rivers, you can use the "Roberto Clemente Bridge" to get into and leave the park. I just really enjoyed it.
I also have to give a nod to Fenway for it's historic atosphere, the stadium has a great baseball vibe to it, and it has the unique green monster as well as the hand operated scoreboard. To me it's all most a last glimsp of the older times in baseball. I was lucky to experience it with my father, ffor not just one but two games in August of '01. The Orioles lost the first one, but they played spoilers and won the second game. :).

Old Busch Stadium, Wrigley, Coors, Kauffman, Dodger, Camden Yards, and Petco are all favorites for various reasons and all are beautiful. Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium (the dump that it was) was where I went as a child and I'll always be partial to it.

Wrigley is my favorite. The ballpark is very unique, with its ivy-covered walls and its rich history. The atmposphere just outside the ballpark is awesome; the neighborhood becomes a big carnival any day that the Cubs are at home.

Fenway.
I'm so glad ownership decided to update it rather than tear it down. Of all the teams that have had a new boutique, retro-feel stadium built over the past 15+ years, only the 2006 Cardinals have won a WS in the new ballpark.
Are you reading this, Yankee fans?

Interior: I always loved the design of Yankee Stadium (Pre-1975)
Exterior: I'm a big fan of Ebbets Field, which is why I'm glad the Mets are building Citi Field with the same exterior.
