this is a tough one, I would have to say the lion, lions are professional hunters of large animals, grizzly bears catch fish for a living.

I hope you didn't mean mountain lion, I am talking about real lions, the ones in Africa, the kings of the jungle.

the grizzly bear, it can stand on it's hind legs and make itself look big to intimidate the lion. it also had 6 inch claws. i love lions though.

Neither. Both are smart enough to realize any victory would come with serious injury, which in the animal world means certain death. So even if you dropped one on top of the other in a cage, they would go to opposite corners and leave each other alone. If you left them in the cage for a long time and only provided enough food for one, I think they would both starve to death.
