America has starving people so does the rest of the free and unfree world.
Security is always of primal concern especially seeing how pakistan is ruled by a military dictatorship and fought many wars with pakistan, if india didnt have nuclear weapons they would still be fighting, and if the us didnt have nuclear weapons we probably would still be at war with japan
in the end government doest care about poor people, free markets and capitalism at its best.

Can you eat nuclear weapons? Pakistan was at war with India and they had an arms race for protection.
