My husband & I rented a cabin in Peigon Forge,TN. Is there any romantic things to do there? we have never been! but heard its nice.

It can be nice and relaxing, especially if you've rented a cabin. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg basically run together and it's a big tourist area. Not a lot for romance, unless your cabin has a fireplace and outdoor hot tub.
There are a few nice restaurants, a lot of chain restaurants, a lot of pancake houses. Lots of shopping.
You might try taking a hike in the mountains--there are several you can choose from, the park entrance is located outside Gatlinburg. The last time we were there, we actually saw a black bear on our hike. There are stables for horseback riding.

There's some wonderful shopping in the Pigeon Forge area. But as for romantic things, you might want to try a quiet picnic for two in one of the many secluded spots in the area. Or take a ride on the ski lift at the top of Obergatlinburg (if the weather's not too cold)

It's a gorgeous area, although I haven't been back there in a few years. I'd say Gatlinburg is better when it comes to romantic outings, though, and the old-school Bavarian village is great.
