I like Pierce but not so much Branson. How about Liam Pierce Adams? I like that. Sounds strong yet still cute :)

I like the sound, but one must also consider the meaning of a name, and judge if said meaning will have any bearing on the name that is chosen. Here's the meaning of Branson:
BRANSON

From an English surname which meant "son of Brando". Brando was a medieval Germanic name derived from brand "sword".
Pierce is a form of Peter, after many translations and changes, of course. Peter means "stone" or "rock."
Disregarding the names' meanings altogether, I like it.

Think of the multiple ways your baby will get teased with the name. I like it but as with any other name, there are always going to be a million ways to tease the kid in school. Think of the worst case scenario. Can you live with it? Make sure the innitials also don't mean anything. Example: *** - Ashley Stephanie Smith.... you get the point.

Branson reminds me of ransom so I'm not sold on the name. If you like it, it's your kid, go for it.
