I'd say Dezirae Starr because of the relation the name would have to you and your other family members.
Congrats!!!

I like Zoey Faith best. Zoey means life, and I think that it is a beautiful name if you are religious too, because of the faith. It's almost like a message that she should live her life with Faith. It's pretty and cute too. I love it!
Brooklyn Paige is nice, as I love Paige. I think that Brooklyn might be too trendy though. It may not be as pretty in 15-25 years. I don't know if it will last the test of time. But it is pretty now, so if you like it go for it.
I like Desiree Starr, but the other spelling is not as pretty. It's cute and very cool on a teenager, but I don't know if it would suit an adult. However, if you have wanted a little girl for a long time, Desiree is a perfect name, since it means: "wanted".
Good luck picking! You've made a great start!

I like Brooklyn Paige.
Dezirae Starr at first glance seemed weird but with a second look I like Dezirae. It's unique seems like a strong-spirited person. But maybe you could spell it Desirae? That seems nicer. Yeah I think I like Desirae Starr more than Brooklyn Paige. Brooklyn and Paige are both too common and overused.
Zoey Faith is terrible. It doesn't go together very well.
My fav- Definitely Desirae Starr.

I like Brooklyn and Dezirae (I agree you should use the traditional spelling).
I'd keep with the D theme and go with Desiree Starr or Desiree Brooklyn, or Desiree Brooklyn-Starr.

Wow, I like all three.
Dezirae Starr, I guess is my favorite. I like the significance. PLUS, if your sons have "d" names, your little girl might as well have one too=)
Zoey Faith is my next favorite. So pretty!
Brooklyn Paige is cute as well=)
Good luck choosing the right name, and congratulations!
