Find out what her needs are and meet them - she's saying she wants to feel real love and not just pretending.
Ask a lot of questions like, example:
What could I do to make you feel really loved?
What has been missing?
You may be surprised at her answers. Maybe she wants more affection or tenderness or whatever.
I recommend treating her like a queen - the queen of your house and you will get a better response. Introduce her everywhere as Miss Universe.

If what she means by faking it she is talking about you guys relationship, then you must know what she is telling you. She is not feeling happy. She needs time away. Give her all the time she needs. Back off and let it be. Maybe that is all she needs, time.. And time will tell...
