not sure how to say it,so i'll explain it:
you have (7-x^2) all under a square root symbol with a power of 3 above the symbol.

g(x)=7-x^2)
f(x)=3rd root of x, you mean cube root.
(f o g) = f(g(x)
=f(7-x^2)
=3rd root(7-x^2)
