We shouldnt be told to wear something a certain way. Wearing clothes is like an expression. If you make laws about it, your not letting any one have freedom.
Yes, sagging pants are bad on men, but its just tred, why should we waste time trying to pass a ban on it while we could be looking about more important stuff

oh i read that article how u can get like fined for sagging!!!!! sometimes it looks good and sometimes it doesn't. Like it looks good if ur not gangsta or wannabee gangsta and like it looks kinda good but it is pretty much kinda gross lol

They are guilty of bad taste in fashion. I'm tired of looking at ugly underware and watching guys walk funny to keep their drawers up.
