check your brake fluid in the master cylinder it could be low.

Your brakes are worn out, and/or the brake fluid is low in the master cylinder.

I suggest seeing a good mechanic VERY soon.

You probably got a loose wire somewhere. Could even be the bulb itself needs to be replaced. Does it do it when your braking? Does it do it when the lights on? if yes to these its probably like I said. If it does it when the light is not even supposed to be on your might have a short somewhere.
