Reduce your salt intake and get a lot of exercise.

Garlic, fish oil and apple cider vinegar all help a bit.

You can find a lot of further information in a web search for "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies".

I make an herbal tea with Hawthorn Berry and Dandelion greens. It works really well. Use about a teaspoon of each, boil some water, and let the herbs steep in the water for about 3 minutes. You can add some honey or steep with some other pleasant herbs to suit your taste.

Dandelion is a diuretic, but unlike the ones you get from a doctor, it will replace potassium. The Hawthorne Berry will help normalize your blood pressure.

If you are drinking lots of caffiene, stop. If you aren't exercising, start.

their are so many factors for hbp, i have it ; i seen a doctor to make sure it was not something going on in me to cause this. im on meds though, i take calcium, magnesium and potassium to help me control it. exercise, low salt, low fat, and sleep. hbp is nothing to experiment with. your body is talking to you in those numbers...listen to it ,but dont ignore it.
