How do you get an exemption certificate for a Yellow Fever vaccine? Does it work in every country?

Why would you want an exemption. Most countries don't even check your shot register. I went around the world last year and hit 22 countries. Not once did anyone ask about my immunization record. Check the web site of the country that you are going to (or the in country Embassy) and ask if you are real worried. I don't think that you will have a problem though.

you can get from health department for some african countries.. just check in your area is ok.
