None.
Lets face it; our brilliant Founding Fathers KNEW human nature and that is why they gave us a constitution that severely limits the power of government and places power in the hands of the citizen.
Later they further attempted to define what powers were to remain in the hands of the people by giving us the Bill of Rights. They were forced to do that by potentially tyrannical politicians and lawyers who wanted to use the law to take back that power and place it back into the hands of the elite politicians.
The battle continues to this day, with the ACLU and others using specious arguments to circumvent the original intent of our Founding Fathers.
They knew POWER CORRUPTS so they wisely spread the powers throughout society as far and wide as possible. That was an effort to prevent classic human nature from taking power and controlling YOUR life.
No political system has ever been able to maintain a system that uses the "better aspects" of human nature as a guide to maintaining a better society, and never will. It will require a change in human nature to permit that. Political systems are NOT able to dictate changes in human nature.
America's system does the best of ANY so far in the history of humanity.
No all powerful government will ever become anything but tyrannical.
