I'm concerned?

im 24 weeks pregnant and ive been getting a burning sensation in my stomach.. also ive been very nauses and im having bad stomach pains and back pains.. does any have an idea what can be goin on

You're nearly 7 months pregnant. Your belly burns from stretching. You'll have morning sickness that comes and goes with pregnancy, its normal. So are back pains, your center of gravity changes when you're pregnant so you carriage and stride throw things out of wack.

If you're concerned call your doctor. But your complaint its not unique for pregnancy.

for one you need to see a doctor, and maybe a gastroentorologist.

secondly, i would say that to me a burning feeling sounds like either heartburn or an ulcer.

If it feels heartburny you could try baking soda to just neutralize your stomach acids. but primarly i suggest doctor time.
