a movie where there were a bunch of superheroes but they had dumb powers!
for example i remember one farted when you pulled his finger and then another threw knives and forks and spoons..

Yeah.. Mystery Men is right.. I actually have one of the bowling balls with skull in it like Janeane Garafolo's character uses.
