It doesn't look so good for GS right now, it may just be 2 games into the season but they have no defense whatsoever.

I went to the opener and watched last nights game and they look out of synch. They are going to live or die by shooting the three. The west is so good but in the end I think they will gel as a team as soon as Nelson figures out which pieces work well together and they will grab the 8th spot.

I'm a Warriors fan, and it's gonna be tough. There are expectations this year, but really, I look at this season sort of like last season. Don Nelson will constantly adjust the line up, and you know he's always looking to deal players. Plus, Brandon Wright hasn't played yet, hopefully he can turn into an Andres Biedrins type of player or better.
We gotta stay injury free, and players like Monta Ellis and Matt Barnes can't surprise teams like they did last year, and guys are going to be guarding them a lot better this year.
We've never really had any defense, mostly because Nellie chooses to play small most of the time. I personally think he should start Al Harrington with Biedrins, it would really help with the rebounding.

Yes, you're absolutely right. Also, I think they'd made a big mistake by getting rid of Jason Richardson without getting a quality player/scorer in return. Baron Davis is the only consistent scorer on the team but he just can't do it all by himself.

I don't think so. They traded Jason Richardson on Draft night for rookie Brandon Wright which really hurt them this season. But it's a long season so we'll see how they'll do later on this season.

I agree. They just need to improve their defense and rebounding, but honestly you never know what happens. They can shoot right back up.

i agree with you. maybe if they make a trade to improve before the trade deadline, they'll have a chance. but i think it will be harder for them this year.
