start cheerleading, it can get you in shape

You go out there and you knock them dead! Don't worry about your weight. You aren't fat, you are you. Don't go and try to kill yourself with sickening diets because that only puts you in a big black hole. You go out there and be confident. If they want you, then they want all of you. Not your tumbling skills, but you as a whole. Just run, but don't make it crazy. You can get into shape by doing 1 or 2 miles a day, three times a week. You will be suprised at how that will help you out! Go knock um dead!

No, it's not too much for cheerleading. If you are in HS, don't fall prey to dieting, you are too young for that. Cheerleading is good exercise. You are not too heavy, you sound fine to me. You may not be chosen to be a flyer, but that that's not the "it" job anyway. Have you heard that muscle weighs more than fat? Strength is where it's any anyway. Yeah for muscle tone!

I think it's great that you want to do it.
GET on a good diet and don't cheat,eat the proper food.You don't have that much to loose,
Run and walk fast to get ever thing us to working good.work on your arms and chest but don't
strain.Wear the proper work out clothes,and good
sport bra, and good sues.

well you are not fat,

but you could get into shape

i am 5'6 and wiegh 110

and have been doing cheerleading for 7 years.

its great exercise

so you should join to get u into shape

You will never know if you dont' try.

My neice was a cheerleader and she has always been a heavy girl. (Not a stick)

do you feel like a cheerleader? then go for it. sounds like you have a cute figure anyway. don't worry about the numbers .

run like 3 miles a day with sweats and you will lose a lot of weight

I don't think so It seems just right. if you loose weight you will look really bad. Keep some meat in your bones.
