Ok so I've worked and earned the money to pay for an iphone and I went out to get it with my Dad (so he was agreeing with me on getting it) but that was when the software update 1.1.1 came out and you couldn't unlock it anymore. Now I have decided to not even bother unlocking it because you are just going to have to keep waiting for an unlock to come out every software update is releases, and just sign with AT&T for a 2 year contract. It would be $70 and some change a month and I can make that in a day at work. Now my dad is like hell no you’re not getting it. I think it would be a good idea for me to get the monthly bill because it will teach me how to handle bills and give me some more responsibilities. So I've decided to just buy the phone with his credit card (mine is an extension of his) online and give him the cash when it comes in. Am I wrong here; I mean I'm going to be paying for everything.

Yes that would be wrong. Your dad already said no.
You will be using his credit card. I would imagine he would take that away from you if you did that with out his permission.
Respect your dads wishes.
If you want a phone that bad, then get one in your name, not his... Use your own credit card, not one in his name.

In a nutshell....YOUR WRONG! I'm assuming you are a minor still-and with that, being a minor does not give you the right to charge something (especially something as frivolous as a cell phone!) on your Dad's credit card. If you have to ask a question like this you probably already know the answer.
