I feel silly trying to answer such a goofy question, if indeed there is a question in your rambling. Navy has been close before, but ND is so bad that finally in three OTs they pulled it off. Now go watch BC get their butts kicked and let daddy have the computer.

I watched the game, and what an effort! It's my guess more than one of the players on that team will be an admiral! Really think about it. Charlie Weiss is in trouble, he had 2 weeks to prepare for Navy, he was playing at home, and he had to win. But guess who lost the game for him? He did! He could have WON the game with 45 seconds left, by kicking a 41 yard field goal, but he cbose to go for it on 4th and 8! What a bone head! Or should I say fat head! And he let a Navy guy, who looks well over 300 pounds, dive over the top of a blocker to sack the QB! Notre Dame got some help from the refs in overtime, but Navy prevailed!!! What an awesome game!

Navy was probably inspired by the Washington Redskins' performance in the game last week with the Patriots. Navy wanted to avoid the painful sting that would certainly come with a 44th Notre Dame beotch-slapping.

That's easy, Charlie Weiss! The big tub of lard went for it on 4th and 8, he could have kicked a field goal and won the game, but he's such an offensive genius, he had a better way. What a joke! Has Notre Dame ever had a coach as bad as tons of fun? Blubber boy is the best thing a notre dame hater ever had!

Because Notre Dame's defense sucks, as much as it pains me to say it...but 46 points for Navy pretty much says it all...

i would be cheering for army yet I ought to have faith that ND nevertheless has some delight way down there someplace and it will instruct itself as we talk. i think of ND dominates previous due and wins going away.
