As for others who don't understand how I feel, well that's normal. They may think they know the answers to everything, but no one can tell you how to feel or how you should be feeling.

No one can understand how any one else feels, even if you had similar life experiences. We are all unique, each with our own individual brain chemistry and neuro-pathways.
I am often at a complete loss describing my inner-most feelings because I don't understand them myself.

Yes, and when I try to explain it, everything gets so frustrating! So, I just stop, but they keep begging that I should tell them when I completely can't.
