I'm 37. I've dyed my hair, shaved it, and now I am just kind of settling on the grays (mostly on my sides and facial scruff)
What's the deal- do women my age or younger like it?

I am 32, so I fit in your category that you mention. And honestly I don't really care if you are grey or not. I would prefer if you didn't color it. Unless you are willing to keep doing the color on a regular basis, don't do it. Hair is a non-issue to me. If ou have it great, if not, who cares. I have one friend who is completely bald, and looks great. Another friend who shaves his head in the summer. And looks great all the time.
George Clooney is darn hot and he's got grey, as do Richard Gere, Ben Stiller, Benicio Del Toro, Brad Pitt.

Yes, gray can be damn sexy! I think that gray hair looks better on men than women because it gives men a distinguished kind of look. I also love the full shaved look.
I'm female and I started to gray a few years back. I keep my hair wicked short and it is a pain to color it so often. I finally decided to stop and I have more compliments on my salt and pepper hair than I ever had with my dyed hair.

I think grey hair looks great on both men and women if kept healthy and shiny, however you are still youngish so if dying it makes you feel younger than go for it. I wouldn't care either way.

I am 26 and am very attracted to handsome men with gray or graying hair! I find it to be very sexy.....My bf is 33 and begining to get some grays and I tell him I love it!

No it isn't, not on the face. You're too young for that now, dye it trust me you won't regret it. When you get to the late 40's then let it grow.
