take it back to the bodyman and if you don't get satisfaction from him call your insurance agent and explain the problems to him.

Both, let your adjuster know that the repairs are not up to par so that if you have to get the repairs done again, he is aware from the beginning, he may or may not want to see the car.

Let the body man know that he needs to repair the problem that he was paid to fix, and that you have already let the adjuster know that the work is substandard.

Definitely talk to both. The body repairman must fix it. It's his responsibility. The adjuster, if he's paying the repairman on your behalf, needs to know as well. If he's already paid the repairman, the adjuster could pursue legal actions if the repairman doesn't make good on the job.

The body man; the adjuster is out of the picture entirely. Good luck!

First you contact the body man . give him a chance to make it right. then if he refuses to fix it contact the insurance adjuster and let him know your not satisfied with the work. you may have to take the body man to small claims court if he still dosent fix it.hope this answers your question.
