Is anything we do today original. Also, is what we do that is original crappy?

don't get it.
for my dear questioner; check out mark knopflers new album, called "kill to get crimson", doesn't get more original than that.

Nothings original today; its all been done before whether we realize it or not. What is called original now really does suck. I mean look at the clothing lines pants with holes in them, people use to just accidentally rip holes in them and we're paying a hundred dollars and up for them, which is really sad. Also look at the music, half of the "new" songs are just remade old ones.
