Sue? No, that would be what they call a frivolous lawsuit and can backfire in your face.

If the product offered doesn't look like the advertisement and no mention was made that each item may be an individual and not identical, then send it back and request a refund, and tell them why.

nope thats y they do it like have u seen that advert for an easel it has a really big on and says easels for 10 and u thnk thats good then it says at the bottom not easel displayed they do that to get more customers
