Anger is never the way to guide children. Being supportive shows love and children need to see love. I have a 19 year old son and I would definitely seek help.

Yes, tell you parents. They will know what to do. I am sure that they will get you some help. you cannot go alone on this one. If you don't get help, you are going to get worse. Sounds like you have some heartaches and disappointments. I did this one time to and went immediately to the doctor. They put me into the hospital where I got some help. My children know that I love and support them and never put them down. They tell me some of the craziest things that they do.

I am a parent of a 15 year old boy and I would definitely get him help. Obviously he was suffering and that was his only way out. That was his only way of pushing that pain down by creating another pain and in additional hurting himself because he would have felt responsible or dirty.
Since I am his parent it would be hard for me to be objective, so my only alternative would be to get him help. It would be hard. And I may not always understand, but again I am only human so my honest answer would be definitely to get him help and then support him with whatever he was dealing with.
Absolutely!

It depends on what they are thinking, are they lonely, if so dont be mad try to be supportive.
Try to ask them about their school or social life, it will help.
Try to let them know you care. But if they still cut themselves, it might be a social issue at school not a home, talk that subject with them.
I am twenty, and have a friend who used to work at a center for troubled runaways, etc.
hope this helped

Supportive. definitly. if you dont want to tell you parents because you'll afraid what they might think, then tell and adult who is very close to you. Like i had a teacher who was like a best friend to me and when i was raped i told her and till this day my parents dont know.
hope it helps

Yes, you need to tell and get some help. My daughter was a cutter and she now has horrible scars from it.
