Yes.
Tax Cuts stimulate the Economy, the GNP, and lets the Working People keep more of their own money, that they worked hard for.
(That's why Democrats Hate JFK, Reagan, & GW. They got left out, because most Democrats don't work.)

All three Presidents had not one, but two ideas in common.
#1) Tax cuts stimulate the economy. A lot of people forget that JFK lowered some taxes to stimulate the economy. Reagan did it again to great success, leading us to the boom of the '90s. Even with those shining examples, people criticise Bush for lowering taxes, even though a new report show those tax cuts have paid for themselves quite handily with substantially increased tax revenues.
#2) In international relations, you can't back down from a bully. Reagan said it best: "Admittedly there is a risk in any course we follow other than this [surrender], but every lesson in history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face--that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight and surrender. If we continue to accommodate, continue to back and retreat, eventually we have to face the final demand--the ultimatum. And what then? "

Amazing how some dim-bulbs here read "his Father [sic] dealt with the Osama Bin Laden family?" and interpret that to mean George H. W. Bush had direct dealings with Osama bin Laden... G H W had dealings with the bin Laden family because Osama's father was one of the largest construction contractors in the Middle East !! Big deal... Bush is in oil, bin Laden is in construction. Conspiracy theorists will dance at your "revelation"... which anyone who's read or watched TV has known since 1993.

have Republicans ever looked at the number of people on welfare that vote?
A VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE... it's a very bad bang for the buck if they are paying them for their votes...
