It might be overheating. Turn it off, unplug it, pop the side off, and check for dust bunnies inside. No vacuum cleaners, they generate static. Use a soft brush or a can of compressed air. Dust interferes with air flow, which makes everything warmer.

Determine Which Application Killing The Computer!!

1) CTRL + ALT + DELETE
2) GO PROCESSES TAB .
3) See the most high CPU usage.
4) Observe , wait till it crashes.
5) Application took highest time and CPU usage , likely is crashes probelm
6) Restart your computer , CTRL + ALT + DELETE again , close that application ,
If it is not a application Probelm , it maybe HARDWARE PROBELM , RAM OR VIDEOCARD.

try to defragment ur pc thise defagmenter is a pice of software that squases porogemes, folders, documents, pictuers etc instead of makeing the pc scan the howl system just to find one folder and that free's up memory and dose not cause freezes

and to find the defragmentor icon press start - all programes - accessories - system tools - Disk Defragmenter

clean your registry
clean HDD of unwanted orphan files
vaccum clean inside of PC
buy more RAM
if all that fails, BUY A NEW PC
