how do u in pokemon diamond?

okay here's is my problem i need to find out how in good detail how to get rid of the first profile in my friends pokemon diamond i am borrowing his game and i am tryin to get rid of his profile so i can start my own and actually save but it says i have to go to the title screen and press up select and b button but i don't know which is the title screen please help

the title screen is where it says "press start" and has a picture of dialga on bottom, and "pokemon diamond" on top. there you press the up+sel+B, and it will ask you if you want to erase all data or something....blah blah blah i think you can handle it from there.

the title screen is where it says new game load game. press up select and b at the same time. a message will come up saying are you sure you want to delet your saved game(or somthing like that) select yes then another screen comes up. select yes again and your data is deleted.

You must go to the title screen (not the Countinue, New Game, etc. screen) and press Up+Select+B

Did your friend say that u could erase his saved data?

It would probably be a good idea to ask first because he may not want u deleting it because u can only have one save file per game.

You have to be careful though. If you are borrowing your friends game ask him if it is ok for you to erase his data. Pokemon games never allowed more than one profile to be created.

to delete your saved game, go to the title screen, then simultanaeosly press up on the + control pad, select, and the B button. one your saved data is deleted, it CANNOT be restored. please be careful when deleting your saved data. (all pokemon and items will be deleted.)
