I am thinking about opening up a kindof club in my area for people from the ages of like 16-20. I am only 17, and therefore do not have enough money to open it up on my own. Nor do I know how I would even go about to opening one up. How could I recieve a grant to open one up? Also, how long should it take for me to open one up? Any information would be useful, thanks.

You can't get a grant to open one. To start a business you have to either have the money, or get a loan.

To get a loan from anyone other than friends and family, you'd have to have a business plan. This is a written document that shows everything you need to have and do to get started and to continue operations, how you plan to finance it, and details of how you plan to make money. You'd also have to be 18 to get a loan from a regular lender, but if you're 17 now, you'll probably be 18 by the time you get your business plan all worked out.
