I wish it were true, one would think that a mother will always love her children unconditionally but unfortunately, some mums suck at this. Dads walk out, Husbands and wives cheat. At the end of the day, we are all human.
I guess true love is only for swans.

That is very true contrary may beliefs; first, God's love for His creation never fades. Every person has infinite value in His eyes and He wants more than anything else to have an intimate relationship that will never end, even after death, because death only ushers us into the presence of the one who loves us unreservedly. Second, the love of a husband can be enduring throughout their married life, but this requires devotion on both sides. The problem in both cases is that people have been brainwashed into thinking(without independent thinking)that it doesn't happen. That couldn't be further from the truth.

When Love is real would it Fade? No, I do not think that when two People Love each other, and they were destined for one another, that Love they have will never go away, it will grow as each day, Month, Year pass by. I have been Married to my Husband for 49 years to date and hoping to celebrate our golden Anniversary, next year, God willing. I am not going to say that living together was all love, because reality is different then Living with excuses. We, my Husband and I had our ups and downs, but we persevered, and any problem that arises, we usually settled it by having a long talk about it. But we have a deep Love for one another that would not Fade, until we Die.

Yes I agree when Love is Pure of Heart it never fades even when know the truth of another and their real character that not many truly see because they are in awe of the other. The sad and painful part to this is that we never stop loving the other but we truly can never be in their physical pressence again because we know what they are really about.....
We can not change or fix people they are what they are we either take them this way or choose another........
We also can't help our hearts and who we fall in love with because we fall hard such the saying falling in love its like crash to the ground but as we land we must become stable with sanity and not madness hehehe for the love will never fade it has made us fall and driven with madness such is love that we must pick ourselves up again and lover forever more hehe until we find that love that is REAL AND PURE given to us for all eternity even in the spirit world Eternal lovers hehehe

Unlike many philosophers, I have a viable definition for love... Are you ready?

Here it is...
LOVE is a diffuse, enduring, solidarity.
Diffuse... meaning, throughout every atom of your being.
Enduring... it lasts and lasts, seemingly for eternity.
Solidarity... ONENESS. You feel connected, "as one" ... part of the object of your love.

I know from experience that this definition applies whenever people talk about love.

I also know that, in spite of bitter break-ups, acrimonious divorce, ... even death, the true love i feel has never diminished.

When love is real, it cannot fade. By definition, true love is lasting. The older I get, the more I know this to be true.

no.real love doesnt fade away... i have many loves but there would come a point that there is one love that would realy touch you deeply... it is too strong that even in the moment of your utter weakness you are strenghthened... even if there might come a time that you will not be together...or even if your lifes circumstances tears you apart...even if years would pass that you will not see eachother...and then when you meet again and feel the same feelings that you had before... that is love... love does not fade away...it lies silent and hidden in the deepest of our heart an soul..that is why oftentimes we are tricked to believing that it has faded away...

there are different types of love nowadays.
there's lust, true love, fake selfish love, and an infatuation.
true love never really does fade away.
if it does, it never really was love.
and always remember that it is possible to love more than one person.
when you say all love really does fade away, you're pessimistic and probably have gotten hurt or you've got one heckuva cynical personality.
i'm not a hopeless romantic, but that question really is pretty common sense.

when we talk about love the usual thing that comes to our mind is love towards a person or animal or thing. but that is not real love that is just fascination. real love is universal. real love is to love every one and every thing equally. for that we have to make our mind broader than the horizon. that love never fades. it is so powerful.

True love never dies, some loves deepen, others fade,
some love from a far. you can fall in and out of love, some
times back in love. love is memorable, unforgettable. Love comes in many guises.
