Jeez, man, you're doing these problems and nobody told you about the 2pi relationship between freq (Hz) and rad/s? I suspect some classes were missed or homeork undone. Get tutoring.
For the record, ω = 2pi*f
pi = 3.1415926536 (to enough sig figs to last you a lifetime).
