I once worked 26 hours straight in a nursing home. I was completely exhausted and my blood pressure was sky high. I'm not sure if the blood pressure had anything to do with it or not; maybe it was just fatigue. I was driving home and listening to American Pie by Don McClean and I realized I was crying like a baby as I was driving down the highway. Then I started laughing; so I was laughing and crying at the same time....
