It seems like the Black & Latino men that grew up in the generation X/Hip Hop generation feel that cheating is acceptable and it is actually encouraged. As a Latina woman who grew up in this generation shoudl I just accept that these men nowadays are going to cheat? We are all in our late 20's early 30's now and all of my guy friends/exes have cheated on me or whoever woman they were with and even their wives.. Is this just what the women in our generation are gonna have to deal with? I feel like Im beating a dead horse trying to find a faithful man and shoudl just give up. And all of my married guy friends have cheated on their wives.
And I dont just know a few men. I mean guy friends, as well as all the men I work with in my present and previous jobs. I m talking about over 40 men,

Its soo acceptable and mainstream now and so many men cheat one the women they supposedly love. I feel like Im one person fighting an army. Especially its soo much more easy for men to cheat now because there are so many woman making it soo easy for these men. Women who dont care about being a one nighter or whatever

Maybe I shoud say ALL men around the gen X age and younger. It seems soo acceptable now adays! DO we just accept the fact that men are gonna cheat on us? I dont think I know 1 man my age who is faithful..

I' really sorry you feel this way and so many women do these days. I almost let the opinion of an ex friend ruin my relationship with my boyfriend. She said I should not trust him because he is Jamaican and black. I just split up with a guy who I went out with for 4 years who was cheating on me. But I do not think generalization is the answer. It is not just black men and hispanic men who cheat in my experience. Indian origin british men (of my race) cheat too. so do white men. But have you thought about all the women out there who cheat.? This is not just about men or colour or race. This is about the people you happen to know personally.

I think they see this s... @ home!!! My parents married for 48 years they never cheated !!! These men black or purple doesn't matter are all dogs I can't think of one who wouldn't cheat. My ex left me 4 weeks ago after 7 years to f... his co-worker/roommate who had been in a lesbian relationship she dumped her girl lover to hook up with my ex (bit complicated)He cheated on me before and i took this loser back! Now i got the boot. I lost all hope in men in general, I never cheated never even thought about it. They spine less di...heads they do anything to get a nut. Sorry i am mad. We just have to face the fact it seems to be custom to cheat. Oh by the way 2 days before he left me he looked into my eyes to tell me he loved me. Sorry no hope left.

First of all why are you lableing black and latino men as cheaters and that they are encourage to do so. Every man has a desire to cheat whether he be black white or lation as you want to call them. These men do not know the true meaning of love because if you love someone you love them with all your heart and their is know room for anyone else to land.

Now do u understand why the machismo and player complex isnt right? Society and their cultures tell them they are real men because they can get alot of women.
A real man is about love, family, marriage, communication, being there for his loved ones when the chips are down.
Culture is cool and all , but if taken too far it can take control of human beings.

As a caucasion male I get reprimanded for stereotyping. Overload on government benefits, leave your pregnant girlfriend, get hooked on marijuana and dont pay a bill. Doesnt matter what color you are though. Deadbeats are deadbeats.
