Is Denny's catering to simpler folk?

Denny's Restaurant currently is having a country music promotion and play country music 24/7. Denny's is also a regular sponsor of pro bowling tournaments. It doesn't seem like Denny's is catering to rocket scientists and opera lovers. What do you think?

They are looking to be plain so anyone can go there. They are the MCD of sit down eating. You go there when traveling knowing the food will be what you expect it isn't a date location. After being out until everything is closed you can go there for coffee and desert or for breakfast anytime but who is to say rocket scientist don't like county music and grand slam breakfast?
