Q2 is 5 if its positive, 0 if its negative, i'm a bit confused as to why they would ask if it does have a - sign. you should work out the rest yourself

the number that 10 is put to the power of is the number of times the decimal place jumps to the left or right (positive=right negative = left)

I answered your question about the earth and the 21 zeros after the 6. I also explained how to do about doing these problems. I suggest you check that out, or read the chapter of your book. Having people do your homework for you will not help you when it comes time to take a test in class. You should make an attempt to understand what you are doing. That's the point of taking classes. Learning!

1) 1m/10000=1*10^-4m
2) 6.2*10^-7=0.00000062
3)p=5*10^5 > q=6*10^4 >s= 25000 >r=8*10^-6
5) b=4*10^8

1=1/100 of a millimetre
2=5
3=0 the zeros would be at the end of the 6.2 the answer would be 62000000
4=sqpr
5=a
