how to make a hanging mobile?

hi!!! i need help on how to make a hanging mobile out of a coat hanger. i have to this research project on a dancer named, Gwen Verdon. we need to put biography information on the mobile. the problem is that i dont know how to make one! wat do u need to use and how do u make a hanging mobile out of a coat hanger? thanks so much and if u have attachments of mobile pictures that will help! thanks

You can make it as simple or as fancy as you want. The simplest way is to tie the items to the coat hanger with pretty yarn or ribbons. If you want to get fancier, you can reshape the coat hanger, or use two of them, and make a fun shape from which to hang everything.

Whichever way you choose to go, be sure to balance your mobile. Let the hook of the hanger rest on something thin (finger, dowel, etc) and see if everything hangs straight. If not, redistribute stuff so it does.

I use the fine monofilament fish line for hanging stuff like that and fancy pins or staple the thing on. Make knots where you want the pieces to go then put the pins or staples in just above the knots.
