custom build... im very interested in overclocking a lot of this so i was wondering if my power source will be good enough for overclocking the processor and the ram and running two video
cards in sli (eventually) for now just one video card though. and
could you guys suggest a new heat sink for my processor? thanks guys

I build sell and repair computers and that is a very nice build. Its obvious that you did your homework which is very important when building a high-end rig.. Even researched the quad and know about the SLACR. I may be a bit paranoid because I fried an Ultra while video gaming but you may want to consider one of these:

Very well done on the build. Now if you plan to overclock, make sure you get a very good aftermarket heatsink for the processor, the stock will not do. And if you plan to run 4GB of RAM, make sure you install the 64 bit version of Vista Ultimate.
