You can do two things, first is copy paste like your friend says. The other is to save your picture on your computer as a photo file and then insert photo.
Right click on the photo; chose save picture as; save it in a file you can find; open word; go to insert; chose picture; from file; find file and press OK.

to take a screenprint you only need to use PrtScn button, however you will not then be able to make any alterations to what you copy over, such as moving text, editing etc so if you want to make changes it has to be the have a bit of patience method and copy and paste separately though quite honestly if you did CtrlA it should in theory highlight everything and copy and paste all of that. If you have Vista, instead of using screenprints you could use their snipping tool which is quite good.

Not if all you're doing is copying and pasting it. Right click the photo, and select copy. Then open a word document, and hit Ctrl+v. Then do what you want with the picture, save the document, and upload it to eBay.
Hope I helped.

just right click the picture and choose "copy image" move your cursor to where you want it to be in word and right click "paste", and if you need to enlarge it bring your cursor to a corner of the picture until you get an arrow. then hold shift while enlarging it and it will stay mostly proportionate.
